How we select a vehicle

Matched to the Shipment

Vehicle selection depends on cargo dimensions, weight, loading requirements, route conditions and applicable permissions.

Cargo dimensions: Length, width and height determine deck type and whether a load is oversized.
Weight: Total and axle weight guide the truck or trailer class used.
Loading requirements: How the cargo is loaded — crane, forklift, drive-on or front-loading.
Route conditions: Road, height and access restrictions along the planned route.
Applicable permissions: Permits and approvals that may be required for heavy or oversized movements.

Important: Hydraulic front-loading low-bed trailers are described in our company profile as handling loads of up to 120 tonnes. Actual capacity, route feasibility, permits and operating limitations are confirmed for each movement before a shipment is accepted.
